The residence Bardolino is mainly inhabited by the owners themselves. They are usually only present on weekends.
The resort is very quiet and not suitable for parties.
Prices on request: the Villa is available for rent only for a minimum stay of 1 week

Pets:
Dogs and other pets are exclusively on request.
Payment methods:
We ask our guests to pay in cash at arrival.
Check-in: On arrival the apartment is available from 1 p.m.
Check-out: On the day of departure we ask you to kindly free the apartment by 10 a.m.
Booking:
When booking the apartment via e-mail, the guest expressly declares to have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions.
Binding reservation:
For a binding reservation, we ask you to wire a deposit of 30% of the apartment rate. Please understand that the deposit is forfeited in the event of a cancellation.
Cancellation terms:
In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded. Cancellation: it sounds annoying and unfortunately it is. Too bad, if someone does not come and the apartment remains free, although other guests would have come with pleasure. In case of a cancellation up to 30 days before the holiday beginning, we calculate 50%, and 15 days before 100% of your total stay. In case of non-arrival, late arrival or early departure, we charge the entire booked stay.
Covid cancellation:
Should the borders and regions be closed again, and the guests therefore cannot come on holiday, the deposit will be refunded minus a processing fee of Euro 30.-, otherwise our above mentioned terms and conditions are valid.

Local tax:
In addition to the room rate, a local tax of 2,50 € per person per day will be charged. Children under the age of 14 are exempt from the tax.
