Prices on request:
Long-term rentals only (minimum stay is 1 week)
Pets:
Dogs and other pets are only allowed on request.
Payment methods:
We kindly ask our guests to pay in cash upon arrival, or by bank transfer at least 7 days before arrival.
Check-in: On arrival the apartment is available from 2 p.m. (until 6 p.m.)
Check-out: On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 10 a.m.
Booking:
By making a booking via email, the guest confirms that they have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions.
Binding reservation:
The reservation only becomes binding upon receipt of the deposit and our written confirmation.
The apartment may not be occupied by more people than there are beds provided or confirmed by us.
Cancellation policy:
In the event of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.
Up to 90 days before arrival: you may make a single change to your booking to another period within one year without incurring any cancellation fees.
The deposit is non-refundable!
Cancellation charges:
- From 30 to 7 days prior to arrival: 70% of the total cost of the stay.
- From 7 days prior to arrival, in the event of late arrival, early departure or no-show: 100% of the total cost of the stay.

Large car park directly in front of our house and closed garage.
Local tax:
In addition to the room rate, a local tax of €2.50 per person per day will be charged. Children under the age of 14 are exempt from the tax.
