Prices on request:
Long-term rentals only (minimum stay is 1 week)
Pets:
Dogs and other pets are only allowed on request.
Payment methods:
We kindly ask our guests to pay in cash upon arrival.
Check-in: On arrival the apartment is available from 2 p.m. (until 6 p.m.)
Check-out: On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 10 a.m.
Booking:
By making a booking via email, the guest confirms that they have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions.
Binding reservation:
The reservation only becomes binding upon receipt of the deposit and our written confirmation.
The apartment may not be occupied by more people than there are beds provided or confirmed by us.
Cancellation policy:
In the event of late arrival or early departure, the full cost of the booked stay will be charged.
In the event of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellation: It sounds annoying, and unfortunately it is. It is disappointing when a guest is unable to come and the apartment remains vacant, even though other guests would have liked to book it. For cancellations made from 30 days before the start of the holiday, as well as for late arrival or early departure, we will charge 100% of the booked stay.

Local tax:
In addition to the room rate, a local tax of €2.50 per person per day will be charged. Children under the age of 14 are exempt from the tax.
